When and Why Contact a Fellow?

Clinical Sciences Fellows have pursued additional training in the diagnosis, assessment, management, and interprofessional collaboration of complex musculoskeletal complaints.  Through interactions with other healthcare professionals, intensive research and educational training, and the evaluation and assessment of both common and uncommon medical conditions, Fellows have honed their skills in the evidence-based management of complex cases. Fellows are specialists in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals with neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Fellows can be an important resource for colleagues requiring a second opinion, case discussions and/or patient referral for complex case assessment and/or management.

If you have a neuromusculoskeletal case that is not resolving as anticipated, has many red/yellow flags or that you would like to discuss with a third party, you may wish to contact a fellow.

If you have a case that is of particular interest to being published, please contact a Fellow if you’re interested in seeking guidance on how to pursue next steps.
